Don has been a licensed broker/dealer as well as wholesaler of financial products for over 40 years. He has the ability in the structuring and marketing of private placements and public offerings. Over his business career he has been involved with selling interest, in 100+ private placements as well as designing the marketing materials and structuring the offerings. He has had exposure to almost every business industry. Don has raised $3.5 billion through his network of broker/dealers, IRAs, and family offices. His job has been to obtain the selling agreements from the firms and provide consultation, education, and aid the representatives of the firms in selling the products. Don has been a VP of Capital Formation for three publicly traded oil and gas companies and raised capital through road shows nationwide.

In addition, Don has worked with a variety of real estate companies over his years in business. Two of those companies specialized in providing 1031 and tax credits through their offerings. Other companies did traditional real estate opportunities including multifamily, office and residential. In his earlier years, Don raised capital for the consolidation of operating business to create an economy of scale in the operations, to provide higher rate of returns for investors. Don also had the task of developing the marketing materials for the companies he worked with. This included PPT, brochures and marketing campaigns for the projects.
